• Outdated bylaws, rules, or policies that have not been updated by community administrators
• Missing documents that may affect a community's knowledge base

Vendor listings in community portals are created and managed by community administrators. TrustBoard does not endorse, certify, verify, license, insure, or warrant any vendor listed within any community's directory unless explicitly and separately stated in writing.

Vendor ratings, reviews, and trust badges displayed within a community are the opinions of community members and administrators, not the opinions of TrustBoard. TrustBoard is not responsible for the quality, safety, conduct, licensing status, or legal standing of any vendor listed in the Service.
